- Eligibility for Returns
Products are eligible for return under the following conditions:
The product was damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Note: Items opened or used will not be accepted for return unless they are defective.
- Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Products that have been used or tampered with.
Health supplements or consumables opened from their sealed packaging.
Customized or special-order products (unless damaged or defective).

- Refunds
